Important Registration Changes for 2015
Paper registrations are no longer available. You must register online first at www.eayso.org. Print out one form and bring to one of the open registration dates listed below.
Instructions
- eAYSO Registration: All new and returning players must register with the national eAYSO site at http://www.eayso.org. At the end of the eAYSO registration process, print out a copy of the forms. Be sure to click the e-registration button on the final page. Registration is not complete until e-signature is accepted. (See instructions for eAYSO registration.)
- Payment: Only cash or checks (made payable to "AYSO Region 717") will be accepted at registration. Credit card payments via Paypal are accepted online only, when available. To make an online payment, see the Online Payment section below and choose the appropriate option. Please print a copy of your PayPal receipt. (Note: Credit card payment can only be made through the AYSO717 web site Paypal button, not through eayso.org.)
- Attend an Open Registration: See below for a listing of the next Open Registration dates. Your child is not registered until you turn in the forms at one of the registration dates.
Please bring to registration:
- The completed eAYSO forms from Step #1
- Payment (cash or check) or proof of online payment (your PayPal receipt)
- New players only: A copy of the player's birth certificate

This age guide is for games and competitions that begin on or after Aug. 1, 2015.
It is based on the age groupings in AYSO's Rules & Regulations, Article III. (Any player whose birth date falls on or between these dates should be placed in the designated division.)

Registration FAQ
What if I missed the open registration dates?

Prior to an active season, there are at least 2 scheduled open registration dates.

While registration is still open, you may still register by completing the instructions above.

If registration has closed, late registration will place the player on a waiting list.

Late registration: If you missed one of the registration dates, please contact the Registrar at registrar@ayso717.org.

Potential team placement and resulting notification will be finalized by 1 week before the 1st game of the season.
What is included in the registration fees?

Mandatory AYSO insurance coverage

Uniform
-
A medal or trophy for each child (in the Fall season)

A positive soccer experience that is safe, fun, and fair.
What is NOT included?
-
Shin guards (Children are not allowed to practice or play without shin guards.)

A soccer ball (U5-U8: size 3; U10-U12: size 4; U14-U19: size 5)

Athletic shoes (soccer cleats are recommended.). Shoes must not have a toe cleat.

A water bottle that should be brought to both practices and games.
